Denver Tech Center and surrounding areas
The Denver Tech Center is the second largest business district in the state of Colorado. The Tech Center itself contains over 10 million square feet of office space. The surrounding business parks contain an additional 12 million square feet. The Tech Center area historically has been an office park. However, during the last several years a number of residential developments have been added to the area to create a mixed-use environment.
