LoDo
The Lower Downtown neighborhood, or LoDo, is located directly north of the CBD. The neighborhood contains Denver's largest collection of early 1900's warehouse buildings, many of which have been converted to lofts and retail space in the last decade. The area has been designated as an historic district. Approximately 1,000 residential units currently exist in the neighborhood, with 2,100 residents. (Click on the thumbnails for larger pics)
